Sleep Training: Day 7

A week ago I headed out to the librabry to get the sleep plan book. I can't believe it's been a week! I am strugling again to put Jackson down for his first nap of the day. Yesterday all his naps were extremely easy. The night was a bit harder. He went to bed really early so woke up for an extra feeding. Also he woke up at 5am again, and didn't want to go back to sleep. He eventually did, but then woke again after 6 and made noises in his crib until 6:45 when we went in and got him. I was pretty tired so I fed him in bed with me and he had a little cat nap after his feed. When we got up he wasn't really into his cereal, so we went out with the dog until it was time for a nap. I have a feeling he has gone to sleep because I don't hear any fussing anymore! I love how he can do that. I heard back from the baby carrier people and it seems as though we will most likely get our carrier by the end of next week....just in time! Today after Jackson's nap I am going to visit my old shop in New West, then hang out with a friend who has a baby as well. I am rather nervous about the drive, but it's pretty straight forward and I have done it before. I just hate merging onto the highway! We tried to get a photo of Jackson in his stocking, but he's a bit too big, so it didn't work out. This is his new favorite toy. It's the lid from his toy bin!
