Finally!

Wow, I have been waiting for this moment so long now! Jackson had an awesome sleep last night, he even soothed himself to sleep a couple times after we put him down semi-awake. I only fed him two times before bringing him into bed with us, and Cory only had to get up once to settle him, though that was a bit trying for him as it did take about 1/2 an hour. The only downside was that we got Jackson to bed at 6:30pm and he promptly woke at 6am on the dot(partially due to a certain brown dog who jumped on the bed)! Anyways we did our usual morning routine and then it was time for a nap.......I was not looking forward to settling him this morning as I was very tired from the early rise. Since yesterday I have been giving Jackson a massage before each nap. I lay him on a towel and use shea butter mixed with olive oil andgrease him up, then do about 15 minutes of massage. He really likes it, especially his legs and chest! So I finished up with that then settled him very easily and put him down. I also went to bed and woke up 1 hour and 45 minutes later!! I still cant believe he had a proper nap...... finally! i suppose the massage and good night's sleep helped. So if he has two more good naps, hopefully he'll sleep even better tonight. I can only dream! Knowing how things have been going this was probably a one time deal. We have our doctor's appointment today and I am looking forward to it. I am relly curious to see how much Jackson wieghs! Though last time I think the scal was off by about 11 oz. Alright time to hang out with my well rested little man!
