Sleep Training: Day 4

Things are not going as well as hoped. Jackson only feeds twice in the night now, however last night he got up and extra three times!! One time it took Cory almost an hour to put him back to bed. He had to rock him to sleep because Jack was so upset! We're thinking that maybe he is not feeling well. He hasn't done a #2 in almost 4 days! I know with breastfed babies that's ok, but now that he is eating rice cereal twice a day, it might be causing him some problems. I am going to phone the nurses line today to find out. All in all though Jackson is a lot happier and more content to play on his own. This is great because it gives me time to wrap presents and write Christmas cards! Later today I am going to get some of my old dresses from the basement and figure out what to wear to Cory's Xmas party! A few months ago I tried on some dresses and none of them fit, so hopefully at least one does now! Oh and yesterday I was able to get a bit of baking in. I made one batch of whipped shortbread cookies. Hopefully today I can finish the second batch so they have time to sit until Christmas. Shortbread is always beter when it's a couple weeks old!
