We found out today that Jackson has a viral infection; a cold. He has completely lost his voice, though he can still make crying noises. It's so sad to see him try to talk and only have raspy breaths come out! This could explain why he hasn't been sleeping as well also.
We went swimming today and it was quite fun. There were lots of older kids in the kiddie pool and Jackson got a face full of water. The poor little tyke never fully recovered from the wave, so our swim time was cut short. Apparently early in the morning the pool hosts a parent and tot swim, so that atmosphere might be a bit better for him. He looked so cute in his swim shorts, Cory and I think he was the cutest kid in the pool! Anyways now we are home and just enjoying being together as a family! It's been one of the best weekends we've had in a long time!
