Last Night Alone

My mom got back this morning and she has comedown with a cold or the flu! I am hoping i don't get sick! She hardly ever gets sick, but when she does it's pretty bad. Tonight is my last night here, then first thing in the morning I'm going to hit the road! I am hoping Jackson is okay in the car; he's never been on a trip this long before!! I may have to pull over and give him a bottle or a little cereal to tide him over. I do hope he behaves himself. He certainly got upset on the way to Horseshoe Bay a couple weeks ago. It's been so nice at my moms. Very relaxing. It's the best vacation I've had in a long time! I have spoken with Cory and he's got our whole house set up. He's even unpacked a lot of kitchen stuff! Our phone will not be connected until Monday so if you don't hear from us, that's why. Spending time with my mom has been so nice and her and Jackson have really bonded. We now call her GG; very cute! It's getting late and I have some packing to do if I want to hit the road early. It may be a little while til I can post again. Depends on when our internet is connected. Hope all is well with everyone!
