Cory Is Here!!

Cory arrived yesterday earlier than expected. He got to see Jackson and give him a bath before we put him to bed. Later on our friends came for dinner and we had a great time. Jackson had a prety good night, of course mine was great because Cory did all the work! This morning I even got to sleep in! After Jack had his first nap of the day we headed to Horne Lake to have a picnic at my mom's cabin. Cory's Dad, brother and step mom came down from Courtenay so they could visit with us and Jackson. After we finished up at the lake, we all went to Coombs and got a few goodies and also a bamboo fence. We are going to block off a small area of our yard for "doggie duties" so Jackson can run around the rest of the yard. Coombs also has lots of great trees that I'd one day like to buy. I just have to figure out what and where I'd like things in the new yard. I know I want a vegetable and herb garden. Flowers aren't on the top of my list, but cute weeping trees are! I am just so excited for the gardening ahead! Tomorrow we are having our easter dinner and the next day is my mom's birthday so we'll be having a nice dinner then as well. It's a great weekend!
