Last night Cory was trying to play the guitar that we got from his Dad's and the strings kept snapping and the ones that didn't snap kept going out of tune, so we decided to go out and buy a new guitar! We browsed for a while and got some good information. We decided on a Norman, which is a Canadian company; they make the guitars in Canada as well. It's solid wood, spruce top and it's black!! I love the fact that it's black! Also this company makes most of their guitars with a satin finish instead of a high gloss. So I think it's looks even sexier!! Wow I just love it! We were originally going to get a used guitar, but we got impatient. So this is our Christmas present from my Nana in Scotland. Last night Cory played a lot, learning new songs and generally fiddling around. I don't have a clue how to play so I am going to hve to practice during the day a lot! Anyways not much else is new. Jackson seems to be degressing in his sleep habits. He's waking more frequently and not settling unless I go in and feed him. Cory tried for over an hour to settle him last night, but we finally caved and I fed him. I just hope it gets better for when I have my surgery!
