Beware the Airstrikes!

Yesterday Cory ran into our new noisy neighbors and found out that they are not tenants. The place was for sale by owner and they just bought it. They paid $10,000 less than what ours went for, so Cory and i were happy, considering that it's an end unit with a great view! Anyways, Cory told the guy that we were moving to Victoria and the guy responded, "oh......I have heard it's not safe in Victoria. There are airstrikes." Cory just stared blankly, not really knowing what to say, then the man corrected himself, "Oh, I mean earthquakes." It was all rather amuzing, though kind of a strange thing to say to someone! Usually people just say how beautiful Victoria is and how they wish they could be over there. This guy definately has never been there, and jsut heard that there is the occassional earthquake. Funny as Langley isn't really that far away from "earthquake zone". After Cory told me the story of the guy next door, we all went for a walk to the park in the beautiful sunshine! Jackson went on the swing and this time we actually brought the camera! Today I've got to get Jackson wieghed and measured for his passport application!
