I am rather glad summer is coming to an end as it's been rather busy! Mind you the next two months sound like they are going to be just as busy. I've been trying to take time for myself and have decided to sign up for an evening art class! It's at the UCW Academy of Fine Art, which is just a few blocks from my house! They have lots of painting classes as well as an etching class! I've never done etching so right now that appeals to me most! Oh also in October there is a lecture on "The Business of Art" which I'm looking forward to! This past weekend we went to Horne Lake with my mom and David. It was a short trip and not as relaxing as we'd hoped for, but loads of fun! Next weekend Cory was going to take Jack up to the farm by himslef as I will most likely be working. However he's decided that he's got too much going on at home that needs completion. We are talking about putting shelving in the laundry room so we can get stuff out of the garage. Cosy is in the midst of totally rehauling the garage, he's even going to jack it up and fix the wood that's started to rot! Big job! We have a lot of painting t do around the house as well, but that's last on the list, though it woud make a big difference with not too much effort. I've been crochetting a lot. I made a gift for my friend in Scotland and am now working on some Jellyfish for a friend's baby to be! I ust finished a cool black nd white character mobile for a friend, and i'll post photos soon. I've posted a lot of "Jack" photos on photobucket and a couple here!
