Weekend Away!

On Friday we decided to go up to Cory's Dad's farm Saturday morning. So all day Friday I dod laundry and got things packed. At 7am on Saturday we hit the road. This was Jack's first time in his big boy carseat and I think he really likes facing forward. He even managed to fall asleep in it, resting his head on the dog. So once we were up at the farm we had a nice relaxing visit and just hung out for the weekend. Then on Sunday we headed back. This time Jack wasn't so good in the car. Not only did I have to ride in the back with him, we also had to make a few stops along the way! Though we had a nice visit with my Mom in Nanaimo for one of the stops. Once home, we got Jackson off to bed and had an early night ourselves. Cory is getting ready to reno our bathroom soon, just not quite sure when he'll finish! Not much else is new, just havinga lazy day at home. We didn't take a single photo while we were away unfortunately so no photos today!
